Our developer made a recent change over the weekend, which causes the sync to fail for some users. You may see an error in your log with the phrase ItemNonInventoryRet. The issue will be fixed by 9 am EST today. Please login to Connex and perform a manual sync:
1. At the my connections page, expand sync manually.
2. For each connection, change the sync dates to 7/14 to 7/17.
3. Click sync now.
4. Run your web connector.
5. Check your log at connexforquickbooks.com/report/log
